By the time and despite of the varying differences that exist between the countries’
economic policies whether they are developed or developing countries, then, the difficulties that are
faced by those countries to ensure the application of an efficient economic policy ; and in spite of the
differences that exist in these countries in the matter of the available resources used in the purpose of
financing their policies to achieve their desired aim, we find that they had been capable of creating
their own position which allowed them to establish their knowledge-based economy by making use of
the best policies and efforts in the aim of promoting education, research and development.
