    الملخص : بالعربية(عبارة عن فقرة ): نتناول في دراستنا هاته موضوع مساهمة معايير الجودة الشاملة في تسيير المنشآت الرياضية دراسة ميدانية على مستوى ديوان المركب متعدد الرياضات المسيلة، وذلك بهدف معرفة مدى مساهمة تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في تسيير المنشآت الرياضية، وقد استعملنا المنهج الوصفي لأنه الأنسب لمثل هذه المواضيع وإخضاع الدراسة لتحليل دقيق، أما الأدوات المستخدمة في الدراسة تمثلت في استمارة الاستبيان مع الموظفين والعاملين فيها أسئلة مغلقة و مفتوحة ونصف مفتوحة، ومن خلال دراستنا للموضوع توصلنا الى عدة نتائج منها التخلص من الأساليب الإدارية القديمة للعمل، وقلة الإمكانيات المادية اللازمة لتطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في تسيير المنشآت الرياضية وفي الأخير نوصي بضرورة أهمية المبادرة بتطبيق الجودة الشاملة في المنشآت الرياضية بصورة صحيحة وضرورة اهتمام المنشآت الرياضية بالمورد البشري والذي يعتبر رأس مال الفكري للمنشأة وذلك بتوفير فرص التدريب والتحفيز الجيد. عنوان الدراسة : مساهمة معايير الجودة الشاملة في تسيير المنشآت الرياضية ( دراسة ميدانية على مستوى المركب المتعدد الرياضات الحاج حفصي مسعود بالمسيلة ) أهداف الدراسة : - هدف الدراسة معرفة مدى تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في تسيير المنشآت الرياضية. التساؤل العام الدراسة: ما مدى مساهمة معايير الجودة الشاملة في تسيير المنشآت الرياضية؟ التساؤلات الجزئية : 1. ما مدى تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في تسيير المنشاة الرياضية؟ 2. ما مدى تسيير الموارد البشرية وفق معايير الجودة الشاملة في المنشاة الرياضية؟ 3. ما المعوقات التي تحول دون تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في المنشاة الرياضية؟ الفرضية العامة للدراسة : هناك مساهمة لمعايير الجودة الشاملة في تسيير المنشآت الرياضية. الفرضيات الجزئية 1. يتم تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في تسيير المنشاة الرياضية 2. يتم تسيير الموارد البشرية وفق معايير الجودة الشاملة في المنشاة الرياضية 3. لمعايير الجودة الشاملة معوقات تحول دون تطبيقها في المنشاة الرياضية المنهج المتبع في الدراسة : استعملنا المنهج الوصفي لأنه الأنسب لمثل هذه المواضيع وإخضاع الدراسة لتحليل دقيق. الأدوات المستخدمة في الدراسة استمارة الاستبيان مع الموظفين والعاملين فيها أسئلة مغلقة و مفتوحة ونصف مفتوحة. الكلمات المفتاحية بالعربية: الجودة الشاملة، المنشآت الرياضية، الموارد البشرية. بالإنجليزية: Total quality, sports facilities, human resources. جاء هذا البحث في فصول . الفصل التمهيدي: تناولنا فيه الخلفية النظرية للإشكالية والفرضيات وأهداف البحث والتعرف بالمصطلحات والدراسات السابقة. وتناولنا في الفصل الأول: الجانب النظري وقد قمنا بتقسيمه إلى ثلاث فصول تطرقنا في الفصل الأول إلى الإدارة الرياضية والتسيير الرياضي, وفي الفصل الثاني إلى إدارة الجودة الشاملة والفصل الثالث إلى المنشآت الرياضية. أما الفصل الثاني: فقد عرجنا في الجانب التطبيقي على فصلين : تناولنا في الفصل الأول منهجية وأدوات البحث, الفصل الثاني يحتوي على عرض النتائج وتحليلها لنقوم في الأخير بعرض النتائج النهائية ووضع خاتمة بالعمل وطرح بعض الاقتراحات التي تعد كحلول. من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث :  التخلص من الأساليب الإدارية القديمة للعمل.  وضع معايير دقيقة لقياس مستوى الأداء اللازم لتطبيق معايير الجودة التامة في المنشآت الرياضية  نقص الكوادر البشرية المؤهلة لتطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة  قلة الإمكانيات المادية اللازمة لتطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في تسيير المنشآت الرياضية أهم التوصيات :  أهمية فهم إدارة المنشآت الرياضية لفلسفة الجودة الشاملة ومجالاتها.  أهمية المبادرة بتطبيق الجودة الشاملة في المنشآت الرياضية بصورة صحيحة.  ضرورة اهتمام المنشآت الرياضية بالمورد البشري والذي يعتبر رأس مال الفكري للمنشأة وذلك بتوفير فرص التدريب والتحفيز الجيد. The purpose of the study:  Trying to answer the questions and verify the hypotheses presented.  Clarifying the concepts related to comprehensive quality standards and shedding more light on the requirements for their application in sports facilities.  Identify the basic requirements for applying comprehensive quality standards in sports facilities.  Identify the most important obstacles to applying comprehensive quality in sports facilities.  Providing appropriate recommendations in light of the study results. Problem: To what extent do comprehensive quality standards contribute to the management of sports facilities? Hypotheses: 1. To what extent are comprehensive quality standards applied in the management of sports facilities? 2. To what extent are human resources managed in accordance with comprehensive quality standards in the sports facility? 3. What are the obstacles that prevent the application of comprehensive quality standards in sports facilities? ABSTRACT In our study, we address the topic of the contribution of comprehensive quality standards to the management of sports facilities, a field study at the level of the M’sila Multi-Sports Complex, with the aim of knowing the extent to which the application of comprehensive quality standards contributes to the management of sports facilities. We have used the descriptive approach because it is most appropriate for such topics and to subject the study to careful analysis. The tools used in the study were the questionnaire form with employees and workers, which included closed, open, and semi-open questions. Through our study of the subject, we reached several results, including getting rid of the old administrative methods of work, and the lack of financial capabilities necessary to apply comprehensive quality standards in the management of sports facilities and in Finally, we recommend the importance of taking the initiative to properly implement comprehensive quality in sports facilities, and the need for sports facilities to pay attention to the human resource, which is considered the intellectual capital of the facility, by providing training opportunities and good motivation. Key words : Total quality, sports facilities, human resources. - The most important results achieved are:  Getting rid of old administrative methods of work.  Establishing precise standards to measure the level of performance necessary to apply full quality standards in sports facilities  Lack of qualified human resources to apply comprehensive quality standards  Lack of financial capabilities necessary to implement comprehensive quality standards in the management of sports facilities
