| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : بالعربية(عبارة عن فقرة ): عنوان الدراسة: مستوى الذكاء العاطفي لدى المدربين و انعكاسه على العلاقة بين المدرب و المتدرب "دراسة ميدانية على بعض مدربي فرق الرابطات الجهوية" ملخص الدراسة: في دراستنا هذه هدفنا الى معرفة العلاقة بين الذكاء العاطفي عند المدربين و شكل العلاقة التي تجمع بين المدرب و اللاعبين ، و لأجل معرفة ذلك استخدمنا مقياس الذكاء العاطفي لعثمان رزق (2009) و استمارة استبيانيه للعلاقة مدرب متدرب قائمة على العلاقات الاجتماعية من تصميم سلیم الجزار(1975). وزعت أداة البحث على عينة استطلاعية قوامها 5 مدربين لمعرفة الخصائص السيكومترية للأداة و كانت معاملاتها جيدة، ثم بتوزيعها على عينة الدراسة الأساسية و كان عدد أفرادها 13 فردا. أهم ما خلصنا إليه من هذه الدراسة هو وجود ارتباط دال و طردي بين الدرجة الكلية للمقياس و العلاقات ما يدل على انه كلما زاد مستوى الذكاء العاطفي تحسنت العلاقة مع اللاعبين، كما توصلنا الة ان مستوى الذكاء العاطفي لدى المدربين جيد و هذا عند فئات عينة الدراسة. In order to find out this, we used the emotional intelligence scale by Othman Rizk (2009) and a questionnaire for the relationship between a coach and a trainee based on social relationships, designed by Salim Al-Gazzar ( 1975). The research tool was distributed to an exploratory sample of 5 trainers to determine the psychometric properties of the tool and its coefficients were good. Then, it was distributed to the main study sample, which consisted of 13 individuals. The most important thing we concluded from this study is that there is a significant and direct correlation between the total score of the scale and the relationships, which indicates that the higher the level of emotional intelligence, the better the relationship with the players. We also found that the level of emotional intelligence among coaches is good, and this applies to the categories of the study sample. | |
