| dc.description | This thesis addresses the topic of Islamic banks and the challenges of financial technology and the digital revolution through four aspects; each aspect is dedicated to an independent chapter. The introductory chapter discusses the conceptual aspect of the thesis topic, while the first chapter addresses the legal aspect—which is one of the most important aspects—by clarifying the legal rulings and regulations for digital financial technology. It then moves on to discuss the legitimacy of financial technology, concluding this chapter with the mention of the most important legal controls and standards for innovating digital products. The second chapter is dedicated to discussing the challenges; the researcher gathered the main challenges facing Islamic banks in the field of financial technology and classified them into: legal, regulatory, and technical challenges, along with the most important strategies and means to confront them. In the third and final chapter, the researcher addresses the prospective aspect of the topic by outlining the reality and prospects of Islamic financial technology, as well as mentioning some successful experiences in this field. | |
| dc.description.abstract | تناوَلَت هذه الأطروحة موضوع المصــارف الإسلاميّة وتحدّيات التكنولوجيا الماليّة والثورة الرقميّة؛ من خلال أربعة جوانب؛ خُصِّص لكل جانب فصلٌ مستقل، الفصل التمهيدي تناول فيه الباحث الجانب المفاهيمي لموضوع الرسالة، وفي الفصل الأول تطرَّق للجانب الشرعي – وهو من أهم الجوانب - لهذا الموضوع؛ من خلال بيان الأحكام والضوابط الشرعية للتكنولوجيا المالية الرقمية، ثم انتقل للكلام على مشروعية التكنولوجيا المالية، ليختم هذا الفصل بذكر أهم الضوابط والمعايير الشرعية لابتكار المنتجات الرقمية، والفصل الثاني خصَّصه للكلام عن التحدِّيات؛ فجمع الباحث أهم التحديات التي تواجه المصارف الإسلامية في مجال التكنولوجيا المالية، وصنّفها إلى: تحديات شرعية وقانونية وتقنية، مع أهم استراتيجيات ووسائل مواجهتها، وفي الفصل الثالث-والأخير- تناول الباحث الجانب الاستشرافي للموضوع؛ من خلال بيان واقع وآفاق التكنولوجيا المالية الإسلامية، و ذِكْر بعض التجارب الناجحة في هذا المجال. | |
