Abstract
تعالج هذه المذكرة موضوع الاتصال الإداري ودوره في التوعية بالسلامة المهنية، من خلال دراسة ميدانية أجريت بمؤسسة كوندور – فرع أكرم نور. وقد سعت إلى تقييم فعالية وسائل الاتصال الداخلي في نشر الوعي الوقائي بين العمال، ومدى مساهمتها في ترسيخ ثقافة السلامة داخل المؤسسة، معتمدة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأداة الاستبيان كوسيلة لجمع البيانات من عينة من الموظفين.
أظهرت النتائج أن الاتصال الإداري يمارس دورًا نسبيًا في رفع الوعي بالسلامة المهنية، غير أن اعتماده الكبير على الوسائل التقليدية وضعف التكوين التنظيمي يحدّان من فعاليته. كما بيّنت الدراسة وجود مبادرات داعمة لثقافة الوقاية، لكنها لا تزال تحتاج إلى مزيد من التطوير. ومن ثَم، يمكن اعتبار الاتصال الإداري ركيزة أساسية ينبغي تعزيزها لضمان بيئة عمل أكثر أمانًا واستدامة.
This study addresses the topic of administrative communication and its role in raising awareness about occupational safety, through a field study conducted at Condor Company – Akram Nour Branch. It aims to evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication methods in spreading preventive awareness among workers and their contribution to establishing a safety culture within the institution, relying on a descriptive-analytical approach and using a questionnaire as a data collection tool from a sample of employees.
The results showed that administrative communication plays a relatively effective role in enhancing occupational safety awareness, although its heavy reliance on traditional methods and weaknesses in organizational training limit its effectiveness. The study also revealed the presence of initiatives supporting a culture of prevention, yet they still require further development. Therefore, administrative communication can be considered a fundamental pillar that should be strengthened to ensure a safer and more sustainable work environment.
