| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : بالعربية : هدف دراسة مقياس الفيزيولوجيا العامة إلى بناء فهم علمي شامل لوظائف أجهزة الجسم الإنساني وآليات عملها في حالتي الراحة والنشاط البدني، من خلال تحليل الأسس البيولوجية والوظيفية التي تنظّم التوازن الداخلي للجسم وتكيفه مع مختلف المتطلبات الحركية. ويسهم هذا المقياس في ربط النشاط البدني بالوظائف الحيوية للأجهزة العصبية والعضلية والقلبيّة التنفسيّة والغديّة، بما يسمح بفهم التغيرات الفيزيولوجية المصاحبة للجهد البدني. كما يهدف إلى تنمية المعارف العلمية التي تمكّن الطالب من تفسير الأداء الحركي وتحسين الكفاءة البدنية، وتعزيز الوعي بأهمية التكيف الوظيفي في الحفاظ على الصحة والوقاية من التعب والإصابات. ومن خلال مقاربة علمية تحليلية، يوفّر مقياس الفيزيولوجيا العامة قاعدة معرفية أساسية لدعم الممارسة الرياضية والتربوية والصحية وفق أسس علمية دقيقة Searchlight in English The study of General Physiology aims to build a comprehensive scientific understanding of the functions of the human body’s systems and the mechanisms of their operation in both rest and physical activity, through the analysis of the biological and functional foundations that regulate the body’s internal balance and its adaptation to various motor demands. This course contributes to linking physical activity with the vital functions of the nervous, muscular, cardiovascular, respiratory, and endocrine systems, thereby enabling an understanding of the physiological changes accompanying physical exertion. It also aims to develop scientific knowledge that allows the student to interpret motor performance, improve physical efficiency, and enhance awareness of the importance of functional adaptation in maintaining health and preventing fatigue and injuries. Through a scientific and analytical approach, the General Physiology course provides a fundamental knowledge base to support sports, educational, and health-related practices based on sound scientific principles. | |
