| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر المساحات الخضراء من المواضيع الأساسية التي تدخل في تخطيط المحيط العمراني، كونها جزء لا يتجزأ من المدينة وتتضمن عدة أبعاد وظيفية وجمالية وبيئية هامة. تتحقق من خلال اعتماد أسلوب وتخطيط وتسيير منسجم ومنظم، كما أنها تتأثر كذلك هي الأخرى بمجموعة من العوامل التخطيطية والفنية والتسييرية . ويهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة وتوضيح أهم المشاكل الراهنة التي تعاني منها المساحات الخضراء في مدينة المسيلة على مستوى فضاءاتها العمرانية من جهة وعدم مطابقتها للمخططات الأولية من جهة أخرى. وذلك بالاعتماد على منهجية تعتمد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للخروج بتوصيات من شأنها تحقيق أهداف هذه الورقة. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Green spaces are considered one of the fundamental axes of urban environmental planning, because they are an integral part of the city and include several important functional, aesthetic and environmental dimensions. This objective is achieved by adopting a harmonious and organized planning and management approach. It is also influenced by a range of planning, technical and administrative factors. This research aims to study and clarify the most important current problems affecting the green spaces of the city of M'sila at the level of its urban spaces on the one hand and their non-compliance with the initial plans on the other hand. This is done by relying on a methodology based on the descriptive and analytical approach to formulate recommendations that will achieve the objectives of this article. | |
