dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to highlight the role of information technology in enhancing the competitive advantage of Algerian economic enterprises by examining the impact of information technology, represented by (digitization, software, networks, communication, and human resources), on improving competitive advantage. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was used to measure the degree of impact of information technology on improving competitive advantage. The study sample consisted of 36 employees from the (Hodna Dairy ( Company, the subject of the study. Data was processed using the statistical analysis program (SPSS V25) . The results of the study showed that the )Hodna Dairy( Company, by placing a high emphasis on information technology, was able to enhance its competitive advantage, leading to an increase in its market share and achieving leadership in this field. Additionally, the study indicated a statistically significant impact of information technology, in its dimensions (digitization, software, networks, communication, and human resources), on improving competitive advantage
