Abstract
تركز الأطروحة على استكشاف كيفية استفادة المؤسسات الرياضية بشكل فعال من أدوات مراقبة التسيير الحديثة لتحسين الأداء الوظيفي. كما تسعى إلى تحديد المجالات التي تؤدي هذه الأدوات فيها إلى تحسينات قابلة للقياس في الأداء، والتحديات والقيود المرتبطة بتنفيذها، وتأثيرها على الثقافة التنظيمية والتواصل داخل المؤسسات الرياضية. وتهدف الدراسة إلى تحويل المؤسسات الرياضية إلى كيانات عالية الأداء ومسؤولة اجتماعيًا تزدهر في البيئات التنافسية والسياقات المجتمعية الأوسع، وتحليل كيفية مساهمة استخدام أدوات مراقبة التسيير في المسؤولية الاجتماعية والبيئية للمؤسسات الرياضية، من خلال تقييم مبادرات الاستدامة، وبرامج التنوع والشمول، وجهود التوعية المجتمعية، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة 58 فردًا أي بنسبة 61.71%، في حين ان عينة الدراسة الاستطلاعية كانت 17 فردًا مع استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأداة الاستبيان التي بلغ مجموع عباراتها 47 عبارة، كما توصلت إلى نتائج من أهمها: تساهم أدوات مراقبة التسيير الحديثة في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي بالمؤسسات الرياضية من خلال توفير الرؤية في الوقت الفعلي، ومواءمة الأنشطة مع الأهداف التنظيمية، وقياس الأداء بشكل كلي، وتسهيل اتخاذ القرارات المستندة إلى البيانات، وتقديم التعليقات والتقدير، وتعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر، حيث تعمل هذه الأدوات على تمكين الموظفين والمؤسسات الرياضية من التكيف والتطور والتفوق في بيئة أكثر ديناميكية، توفر لوحة القيادة المصممة بشكل جيد رؤى قيمة تسهم في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي واتخاذ قرارات مستنيرة، داعمة للنجاح الشامل للمؤسسة الرياضية، بطاقة الأداء المتوازن تعتبر أداة قوية تُعزز الأداء الوظيفي للمؤسسات الرياضية، وتسهم في تحسين العمليات الداخلية وتحقيق أهدافها الاستراتيجية عبر تحقيق التناغم بين الأبعاد المالية والعملاء والعمليات الداخلية وأبعاد التعلم والنمو، تصميم المرافق الرياضية بمواد صديقة للبيئة وإدماج المساحات الخضراء يسهم في تحسين استدامة المؤسسة بشكل شامل، كما يمكن للاستثمار في مصادر الطاقة المتجددة، مثل الألواح الشمسية وتوربينات الرياح، أن يقلل من الاعتماد على الموارد غير المتجددة، يمكن لدمج المسؤولية البيئية والاجتماعية في بطاقة قياس الأداء المتوازن المجتمعية أن يسهم في بناء عالم أكثر استدامة وشمولًا، ويحسن الأداء الوظيفي بالمؤسسات الرياضية على المدى الطويل. واهم التوصيات: تضمين مؤشرات مراقبة التسيير لقياس الأثر الاجتماعي والبيئي للمؤسسة الرياضية، وتبني مبادرات مسؤولية اجتماعية وبيئية مستدامة بناءً على البيانات الناتجة. استخدام أدوات التعلم الآلي والتحليل لتعزيز ثقافة التعلم المستمر بين الموظفين والفرق في المؤسسة الرياضية.
Description
The thesis focuses on exploring how sports organizations can effectively benefit from modern management control tools to improve job performance. It also seeks to identify the areas in which these tools lead to measurable improvements in performance, the challenges and limitations associated with their implementation, and their impact on organizational culture and communication within sports institutions. The study aims to transform sports institutions into high-performance, socially responsible entities that thrive in competitive environments and broader societal contexts, and to analyze how the use of management monitoring tools contributes to the social and environmental responsibility of sports institutions, through evaluating sustainability initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and community awareness efforts. The sample of the study was 58 individuals, or 61.71%, while the sample of the exploratory study was 17 individuals, using the descriptive analytical approach and the questionnaire tool, which totaled 47 statements. It also reached results, the most important of which are: Modern management control tools contribute to improving job performance in sports institutions. By providing real-time visibility, aligning activities with organizational goals, measuring performance holistically, facilitating data-driven decision making, providing feedback and recognition, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, these tools enable employees and sports organizations to adapt, develop, and excel in an environment More dynamic, a well-designed dashboard provides valuable insights that contribute to improving functional performance and making informed decisions, supporting the overall success of the sports organization. The balanced scorecard is considered a powerful tool that enhances the functional performance of sports organizations, and contributes to improving internal operations and achieving its strategic goals by achieving harmony between... Financial dimensions, customers, internal operations, learning and growth dimensions. Designing sports facilities with environmentally friendly materials and incorporating green spaces contributes to improving the organization’s overall sustainability. Investing in renewable energy sources, such as solar panels and wind turbines, can reduce dependence on non-renewable resources. Integrating environmental and social responsibility into the societal balanced scorecard can contribute to building a more sustainable and inclusive world and improve the functional performance of sports institutions in the long term. The most important recommendations: include management monitoring indicators to measure the social and environmental impact of the sports institution, and adopt sustainable social and environmental responsibility initiatives based on the resulting data. Using machine learning and analysis tools to foster a culture of continuous learning among employees and teams in the sports organization
