| dc.description.abstract | يُعد هذا البحث مساهمة علمية تقدم بها الطالبان لنيل شهادة الماستر في تخصص أصول الفقه المقارن، قسم العلوم الإسلامية، كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية، جامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة، تناول البحث موضوع حجية السنة النّبوية في التشريع الإسلامي، من خلال مقدمة وثلاثة فصول رئيسية، تضم كل منها مباحث ومطالب متفرعة، الفصل الأول تناول مفهوم السنة النّبوية ومراحل توثيقها الأولى، أما الفصل الثاني فخصص لدراسة أقسام السنة ومكانتها التشريعية، بينما تناول الفصل الثالث أدلة حجية السنة والرد على أبرز شبهات منكرها قديماً وحديثاً، وقد سعى البحث إلى بيان مكانة السنة بوصفها مصدرًا تشريعيًا أصيلًا، وإبراز الجهود العلمية في حفظها، والرد على الطعون المثارة حولها. الكلمات المفتاحية: حجية السنة النّبوية – التشريع الإسلامي – التوثيق الحديثي – أدلة الأحكام – شبهات منكري السنة . Research Abstract (in English) This research is an academic contribution submitted by two students in partial fulfillment of the requirements for a Master's degree in Comparative Usul al-Fiqh، Department of Islamic Sciences، Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences، University of Mohamed Boudiaf – M’sila، The study addresses the topic of the authority of the Prophetic Sunnah in Islamic legislation، structured into an introduction and three main chapters، each comprising detailed sections and subtopics، The first chapter explores the concept of Sunnah and its early documentation stages، The second chapter examines the classifications of Sunnah and its legislative status، The third chapter presents the evidences supporting its authority and responds to major objections raised by both classical and contemporary critics، The research aims to affirm the Sunnah’s role as an authentic source of Islamic law، highlight scholarly efforts in its preservation، and refute the challenges posed against it.
