Abstract
تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة القيم الاجتماعية والأخلاقية التي تروّج لها البرامج الكرتونية التلفزيونية الموجهة للأطفال، وذلك من خلال دراسة تحليلية لمسلسل "المحقق كونان" باعتباره من أكثر الأعمال الكرتونية مشاهدة وانتشارًا بين الأطفال العرب، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي الكيفي، حيث تم اختيار عينة من حلقات الجزء الثامن من المسلسل، وتحليل مضمونها للكشف عن القيم الظاهرة، سواء كانت إيجابية مثل الصداقة، الشجاعة، حب العدالة والتعاون، أو سلبية كالعنف، التهديد، التمرد والخداع.أظهرت النتائج أن مسلسل "المحقق كونان" يقدم خليطًا من القيم المتناقضة، حيث يرسّخ في بعض مشاهده قيمًا نبيلة تسهم في تنمية شخصية الطفل، بينما يحتوي في مشاهد أخرى على محتويات قد تثير الخوف أو تعزز السلوكيات العنيفة إذا لم تُرافق بتوجيه تربوي، وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل دور الأسرة والمدرسة في توجيه الطفل خلال تلقيه لهذا النوع من البرامج، وتشجيع إنتاج أعمال كرتونية عربية أصيلة تحمل رسائل تربوية متوازنة.
This research aims to explore the moral and social values promoted through children's television cartoon programs, with a specific focus on the animated series "Detective Conan," which is widely watched by Arab children.The study adopted a qualitative content analysis methodology, selecting episodes from season eight of the series to examine the explicit values conveyed through its narrative. The analysis revealed both positive values (such as friendship, justice, courage, and cooperation) and negative ones (such as violence, deception, and rebellion).Findings indicate that "Detective Conan" offers a complex mix of messages; while it promotes noble principles in some episodes, it also contains violent or psychologically intense scenes that may negatively impact children if consumed without parental or educational guidance.The study recommends active involvement from families and schools to mediate children's media exposure and calls for the production of culturally appropriate and ethically balanced Arabic animated content.
