| dc.description.abstract | الملخص الملخص: يعالج هذا المقال موضوع أول محاكمة رسمية لإطارات الثورة التحريرية بالأوراس، وهي محاكمة خلفتها ظروف الصراع على السلطة بين قيادة الداخل بزعامة عبان وقيادة الخارج بزعامة ابن بلة، حيث تحرك نائب هذا الأخير محساس لتجنيد إطارات منطقة الاوراس والنمامشة والقاعدة الشرقية ضد مقررات مؤتمر الصومام والقيادة الجديدة، وهو ما أثار اضطرابات عانت منها الثورة، حيث يعالج الموضوع مختلف خلفيات واليات اجراء المحاكمة ونتائجها وانعكاساتها، وكان لا بد من تناول الموضوع لأسباب كثيرة، منها أنها أول محاكمة مشهورة تطال إطارات الثورة، وأن الاختلاف حول حيثياتها وأبعادها تم تأويلها سياسيا وإيديولوجيا وجهويا بما لا يخدم الحقيقة التاريخية ويحفظ الذاكرة الوطنية. الكلمات المفتاحية: محاكمة قادة الأوراس، تونس، الثورة الجزائرية. Summary: This article deals with the subject of the first official trial of the frameworks of the liberation revolution in Aures, a trial that was left behind by the circumstances of the power struggle between the leadership of the interior led by Aban and the leadership of the outside led by Ibn Bella, where the deputy of the latter moved Mahsas to recruit the frameworks of the Aures, Al Namamcha and the eastern base against the decisions of the Soumam conference and the new leadership, This triggered disturbances from which the revolution suffered, as the topic deals with the different backgrounds and mechanisms of conducting the trial and its results and implications, and it was necessary to address the issue for many reasons, including that it is the first famous trial that affects the frameworks of the revolution, and that the disagreement about its merits and dimensions has been interpreted politically, ideologically and regionally in a way that does not serve The historical truth and preserves the national memory.
