Abstract
Summary:
The study aimed to know the impact of transformational leadership in its various dimensions
(ideal influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individual consideration) on
empowering employees. In order to achieve this goal, we conducted a field study at the Secondary
Unit Institution for Civil Protection, Mansoura, Bordj Bou Arreridj Province, and the
questionnaire was relied upon. As a tool for the study, the questionnaire was distributed to all units
of the statistical community, whose vocabulary was estimated at 70 items, while 57 study able
questionnaires were retrieved. In order to analyze the data and test the study hypotheses, the spss
program was used.
Through the study, we reached several results, the most important of which are: There is a
positive, statistically significant impact relationship between transformational leadership in its
various dimensions on empowering workers in the organization under study, as transformational
leadership explained an amount of ((64.7%)) of the variance in employee empowerment
