| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر الإدارة الالكترونية من بين الضروريات في الحياة الإدارية، فقد ساهمت بشكل كبير في تجسيد معاني الشفافية والتخفيف من الإجراءات التي أتعبت المواطن، كما ساهمت في التقليل من البيروقراطية وتعسف الإدارة، وهذا النوع من الإدارة ليس وليد الصدفة بل هو نتاج لإصلاحات عميقة عرفتها المنظومة الإدارية على الصعيد العالمي بالدرجة الأولى، وعلى المستوى الوطني كدرجة ثانية، وبالتالي فقد استفادت جميع القطاعات من هذه الخدمة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإدارة الإلكترونية، الخدمة العمومية، آليات العصرنة.
