dc.description.abstractيكتسي الحق في الاطلاع على المعلومات الإدارية اهمية بالغةفي تحقيق الشفافيىة الإدارية و هذا ما يظهر من خلال المعاهدات و المواثيق الدولية ،حيثاتفقت العديد من الدول على اعتباره حقا من حقوق الانسان الأساسية التي لا يجب المساس بها . و قد كرس المشرع الجزائري هذا الحق دستوريا و ترك طرق و كيفيات ممارسته للمشرع الذي ادرج عليه الكثير من القيود و الاستثناءات التي تحد من ممارسته على أرض الواقع The right to access administrative information holds great importance in achieving administrative transparency, as evident in international treaties and charters where many countries recognize it as a fundamental human right that should not be infringed upon. Algerian legislation constitutionally enshrines this right, outlining methods and procedures for its exercise, albeit with numerous restrictions and exceptions that limit its practical application.
