| dc.description.abstract | لعب الدستور العراقي لعام 2005 دوراً في تعزيز الخصوصية وكذا الحال بالنسبة لقانون العقوبات العراقي حيث تضمن العديد من النصوص القانونية التي جرمت التجسس على خصوصيات الغير كما تناول تجريم افشاء سر الغير واعتبره مساسا بتلك الخصوصية التي حماها الدستور بما من آثار سلبية تنال منها , محاولا بذلك الحد منها ومن ثم القضاء عليها لكي تبقى خصوصية الافراد في مقرها الصحيح ومن دون أي شيء يزعزعها ويبعدها عن مستقرها الصحيح , ما يمتن ذلك الامر ويوطد الثقة بين افراد المجتمع لا سيما في الوسط التجاري , وعلاقة الافراد بموظفي الدوائر الحكومية فيما يتعلق بتسديد الضريبة في الموعد المقرر لها . Abstract: The Iraqi constitution of 2005 has a role in promoting privacy as well as the Iraqi Penal Code, where it contains many legal provisions that criminalized espionage on the privacy of others. It also dealt with the criminalization of disclosure of the secret of others and considered it prejudicial to that privacy protected by the constitution with negative effects, And then eliminate them in order to keep the privacy of individuals in the right place and without anything destabilize and keep them away from the correct stability, which strengthens the matter and strengthens the confidence among members of society, especially in the commercial center, and the relationship of personnel with the employees of government departments in connection with the payment of tax in the country. | en_US |
