Abstract

ي الدراسة التطبيقية ، التي كانت على مستوى الألبان والجبن بودواو - ولاية بومرداس ، ومن أجل جمع معلومات عن واقع تطبيق أدوات صنع القرار ، استندت إلى أداة المقابلة من خلال مقابلة شبه موجهة مع المسؤولين ، وبعض الأطر الأكثر أهمية لمنتجي الألبان ، وقد توصلنا إلى أن هذا الأخير يتطلع إلى النجاح والاستمرارية والمنافسة من خلال مجموعة متنوعة من المنتجات ، ويعتمد على قراره بتخصيص الموارد للميزانية التقديرية This study is intended to identify the process of administrative decision making as a core task and core function of managers, where the success of an organization depends first and foremost on the ability and efficiency of the managerial leaders and their understanding of the management decisions and methods of action. In terms of the administrative aspect, we can categorize administrative decisions according to multiple principles. For example, it can be classified according to administrative activities to planning decisions, implementation decisions and control decisions, according to the level at which planning is divided into tactical decisions and strategic decisions. Decisions can be divided on levels of structural decisions, semi-structural decisions, and non-structural decisions. Information flows within the enterprise are horizontal (between different divisions and functions at the same level), and vertically (between different organizational levels(. Therefore, most institutions rely on tools that can contribute to rational decision-making by following specific steps (identifying the problem, identifying suitable alternatives to solve the problem, evaluating the alternatives associated with solving the problem, choosing the appropriate alternative, and finally implementing and monitoring the decision) . Perhaps the most important of these tools are those of classical and modern strategic analysis, which are divided into: - Classic Strategic Analysis Tools, which is divided into: Product lifecycle, impact of experience, matrices such as the Boston Consulting Group matrix, McKinsey matrix, ADL matrix Arthur D-Little. - Modern tools for strategic analysis, which is divided into: - Tracking, Benchmarking, Value Chain, MCC Decision Matrix.
