dc.description.abstractهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى تطبيق التغيير التنظيمي وأثره على الالتزام التنظيمي للعاملين بالمؤسسة الوطنية للرخام. توصلت الدراسة إلى موافقة بدرجة متوسطة لتطبيق التغيير التنظيمي بالمؤسسة، وكذلك المستوى العام للالتزام التنظيمي، وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتغيير التنظيمي على الالتزام التنظيمي للعاملين ويتجسد هذا الأثر في التغيير في الأفراد والتغيير في التكنولوجيا. This study aimed to identify the level of application of organizational change and its impact on the organizational commitment of employees of national marble company. The study concluded that the approval of the degree of medium to apply organizational change in the Enterprise, as well as the general level of organizational commitment, there is a statistically significant effect of organizational change on the organizational commitment of employees this impact is reflected in the change in individuals and change in technology. Cette étude visait à identifier le niveau d’application du changement organisationnel et son impact sur l’engagement organisationnel des employés dans l’entreprise national du marbre. Cette étude conclut à une approbation à un degré moyen d’appliquer le changement organisationnel dans l’entreprise, ainsi qu’au niveau générale d’engagement organisationnel des employés, la présence d’un effet statistiquement significatif de changement organisationnel sur l’engagement organisationnel, cet impact se reflète au niveau de changement des individus et de la technologie.en_US
