Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن اتجاهات الشباب الجامعي نحو خطاب الكراهية،وذلك من خلال معرفة مستوى إدراك الطلبة الجامعيين لخطاب الكراهية، وطبيعة المشاعر التي يثيرها لديهم، وتحديد أنماط تفاعلهم وسلوكهم عند مواجهة هذا الخطاب.واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج المسحي، وتم توزيع استبيان على عينة متاحة مكونة من 60 طالب من قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج، أهمها:
- أغلب الطلبة عينة الدراسة يدركون بدرجة مرتفعة خطورة خطاب الكراهية، وذلك بمتوسط حسابي (3.71)، وأغلبهم يطالبون بضرورة سن قوانين صارمة لمكافحته، ويرون أنه يحمل تأثيرات سلبية مباشرة على وحدة وتماسك المجتمع.
- عبّر أغلبالطلبة عينة الدراسة عن مشاعر سلبية قوية تجاه خطاب الكراهية، كالاشمئزاز، والإحباط، والغضب، مما يدل على رفض نفسي واضح لهذه الظاهرة.
- أغلب الطلبة عينة الدراسة يتخذون سلوكا إيجابيا ويتفاعلون عند مواجهتهم لخطاب الكراهية، كالإبلاغ عن المحتوى، أو مقاطعة ناشريه، أو الرد عليه بأسلوب بنّاء.
Abstract
The study aimed to reveal the attitudes of university youth towards hate speech, by knowing the level of university students’ awareness of hate speech, the nature of the feelings it arouses in them, and determining their patterns of interaction and behavior when confronted with this speech. The study was based on a survey method, and a questionnaire was distributed to aconvenient sample of 60 students from the Department of Media and Communication Sciences at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M'sila.
The study reached a number of results, the most important are:
- Most of the students in the study sample have a high awareness of the danger of hate speech,with an arithmetic mean of (3.71), and most of them demand the necessity of enacting strict laws to combat it, and they believe that it has direct negative effects on the unity and cohesion of society.
- Most of the students in the study sample expressed feelings strong negativity towards hate speech, such as disgust, frustration, and anger, which indicates a clear psychological rejection of this phenomenon.
- Most of the students in the study sample adopt a positive attitude and react when confronted with hate speech, such as reporting content, boycotting its publishers, or responding to it in a constructive manner.
