| dc.description.abstract | رغم التقدم العلمي الحاصل في وقتنا الراهن والذي سمح بإيجاد وسائل تقنية جد متطورة تسمح بالتشخيص الدقيق للإصابات الرياضية ناهيك عن تطور وسائل العلاج والتأهيل، إلا أن موضوع الإصابات الرياضية كان وما يزال يعد من العقبات التي يمكن أن يواجهها الرياضي . وفي حقيقة الأمر لم يقتصر مشكل الإصابات الرياضية على المستويات النخبوية رفيعة الأداء التي يحتدم فيها التنافس ويتعاظم فيها معنى الفوز، بل لقد امتد أيضا ليشمل الأنشطة البدنية الرياضية المدرسية بل لا نبالغ إن قلنا أنه يواجه حتى الشخص العادي الذي يريد أن يقوم في أوقات فراغه بأنشطة بدنية رياضية لغرض ترويحي . إنه لمن الضروري التعريج على هذا الموضوع ولو بصفة مختصرة وذلك لغرض التوعية بمخاطر الإصابات الرياضية ومعرفة الأسباب المؤدية إليها وإبراز طرق الوقاية منها Search light in English Despite the scientific progress that has taken place at present , which has allowed for the development of highly advanced technical means that enable the accurate diagnosis of sports injuries, not to mention the development of treatment and rehabilitation methods, but the subject of sports injuries has been considered one of the obstacles that athletes can face. In fact, the problem of sports injuries is not limited to the elite, high-performance levels where competition is fierce and the meaning of victory is magnified. Rather, it has also extended to include school physical sports activities. Indeed, it is no exaggeration to say that it even faces the ordinary person who wants to engage in physical sports activities in his spare time for recreational purposes. It is necessary to study this topic, even if briefly, in order to raise awareness of the dangers of sports injuries, to know the causes, and highlight ways to prevent them. | |
