Abstract
جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان : التغطية الإعلامية الجزائرية للأزمة الروسية الأوكرانية- دراسة تحليلية لجريدة الخبر اليومية-
السؤال الرئيسي : كيف عالجت جريدة الخبر الأزمة الروسية الأوكرانية ؟
1)هي الأنواع الصحفية الأكثر اعتمادا من طرف جريدة الخبر خلال تغطيتها للأزمة الروسية الأوكرانية ؟
2) ما هي المساحة التي أولتها جريدة الخبر لتغطية الأحداث في أوكرانيا ؟
3) ما هي القوالب و الأشكال الفنية المستخدمة في معالجة الموضوعات الصحفية المتعلقة بأزمة أوكرانيا 2025؟
وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الكيفية التي عالجت بها جريدة الخبر لأزمة روسيا وأوكرانيا وكذا إبراز دور و أهمية الجريدة في عرضها للأزمات.
وقد أجريت هذه الدراسة على عدد من المقالات المنشورة في الصحف اليومية لجريدة الخبر الصادرة بين تاريخ 01 فيفري 2025 و 01 أفريل2025 حيث إستخدمنا منهج تحليل المضمون واستخدمنا العينة القصدية المنتظمة لمجموعة من المقالات وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية :
أولت جريدة الخبر اهتماما كبيرا بموضوعات الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية في تغطيتها للأزمة الروسية الأوكرانية ، فقد حلت الموضوعات السياسية في المرتبة الأولى ، تلتها الموضوعات الاقتصادية ، ثم الموضوعات العسكرية.
غالبا ما تهدف جريدة الخبر في معظم تغطيتها ضمن الموضوعات السياسية التركيز على مسألة الموقف الروسي (المتأزم) سياسيا ودوليا من جراء حربه على أوكرانيا .
اتسمت بعض تغطيات جريدة الخبر فيما يتعلق بالموضوعات العسكرية بمحاولة (إخفاء التوترات الحاصلة في بحر جنوب الصين ) لصالح السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية .
أظهرت جريدة الخبر فيما يتعلق بالموضوعات الاقتصادية الجانب الروسي على أنه يستخدم القمح ونقص المواد الغذائية (ابتزاز ) لتحقيق مصالحه وفرض سياسة الأرض الواقع على مجريات الأحداث في أرض المعركة .
اتبعت جريدة الخبر في تغطياتها الإخبارية لموضوعات الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية سياسة تحريرية متوازنة من حيث توزيع الأنماط الإخبارية على صفحاتها

This study is entitled the Algerian Media Coverage of the Russian –Ukrainian Crisis –An Analytical of EL Khabar Daily Newspaper”
Main Question :How did EL Khabar newspaper cover the Russian –Ukrainian crisis ?
1- “What are the most frequently used journalistic genres by EL KHABAR newspaper in its coverage of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis”?
2- What space did EL KHABAR newspaper allocate to covering the events in Ukraine ?
3- "What journalistic templates and artistic were employed in addressing press topics concerning the Ukraine crisis in 2025"
The study aimed to identify how EL Khabar newspaper addressed the Russia-Ukraine crisis , as weil as to highlight the role and importance of the newspaper in presenting crisis.
“This study was conducated on a number of articles published in the daily issues of EL Khaber newspaper in the daily issues of EL Khabar newspaper between 01 FEBRUARY 2025 and 01 April 2025, The content analysis method was used along with a purposive systematic sample of selected articles , In the end we reached the following results”.
"EL Khabar newspaper paid great attention to topics related to the Russian-Ukrainian war its coverage of the crisis Political topics ranked first followed by economic topics and then military topics”
“In most of its coverage with in political topics EL Khabar newspaper often aims to focus on the issue of Russia politically and internationally strained position of its war on Ukraine “
“Some of EL Khabar newspaper coverage related to military topics was characterized by an attempt to conceal the tensions in South China sea in favor of U.S foreign policy”
