dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify the impact of managing human resources electronically on the development of intellectual capital at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M’sila, through an applicable model consisting of two basic variables, represented by managing human resources electronically as an independent variable and developing intellectual capital as a dependent variable, and to project the theoretical aspect of the study. In fact, we used a questionnaire directed to a sample of professors of the Faculty of Economics and Commercial Management Sciences at the University of Mohammed Boudiaf in M’sila and employees of the Human Resources Department at the presidency of the university. It was found through the analysis that there is a statistically significant effect of managing human resources electronically in its four dimensions: employment, training, and career management. The system of wages and compensation in developing intellectual capital at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M’sila.
