| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة الجباية البترولية في تمويل الإنفاق العام في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2018، باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المبطئةARDL،والكشف عن وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين النفقات العامة والمتغيرات المفسرة. وقد تم التوصل إلى أن تقلبات أسعار النفط كان لها تأثير كبير على الإنفاق العام في الجزائر، كما أن انخفاض مداخيل الجباية البترولية أدى إلى تراجعها في تغطية الإنفاق العام خلال الفترة 2011- 2018 خاصة مع الارتفاع الكبير في حجم النفقات العامة،وخلصت الدراسة القياسية إلى وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل ذات معنوية إحصائية بين النفقات العامة والمتغيرات المفسرة. The aim of this study is to investigate the contribution of petroleum levies to the financing of public expenditure in Algeria during the period 1990-2018, using the self-regression model of slow distributed time gaps (ARDL), and to detect a long-term equilibrium relationship between public expenditures and explanatory variables. It has been concluded that fluctuations in oil prices have had a significant impact on public spending in Algeria, and the decline in oil tax revenues led to a decline in the coverage of public spending during the period 2011-2018, especially with the large increase in the volume of public expenditures, the standard study concluded that Statistically significant long - term equilibrium relationship between overhead and explanatory variables. | en_US |
