Abstract
يعيش العصر الحالي في ظل تطورات تكنولوجية سريعة، حيث أصبحت الرقمنة لا غنى عنها في مختلف جوانب الحياة تتنوع استخدامات الرقمنة من تسهيل العمليات اليومية إلى تحقيق الابتكار في مختلف المجالات. ومن بين المنصات التي أثبتت جدواها في هذا السياق هي منصة TULINTIN ، التي تعد أداة قوية لتسهيل عمليات الرقمنة وتنظيم البيانات بشكل فعّال إلى جانب هذا التقدم التكنولوجي، تثار قضايا أخلاقية وقانونية متعلقة بالسرقة العلمية وانتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية في ظل التطورات الرقمية تتطلب مكافحة السرقة العلمية فهماً عميقاً للتحديات التي تواجه الباحثين والمؤسسات العلمية في زمن الرقمنة.
The current era is characterized by rapid technological advancements, where digitization has become indispensable in various aspects of life. The uses of digitization range from facilitating daily operations to fostering innovation across different fields. Among the platforms that have proven their worth in this context is the TULINTIN platform, which serves as a powerful tool for streamlining digitization processes and effectively organizing data. Alongside this technological progress, ethical and legal issues related to scientific theft and infringement of intellectual property rights arise in the digital age. Combating scientific theft requires a deep understanding of the challenges facing researchers and scientific institutions in the era of digitization.
