To measure the impact and consequences of using smart phone applications on the quality of services provided by the National Employment Agency in Algeria, and this effect was measured from the point of view of job seekers as they are the real tool for measuring the perceived quality of service, although some of them give this institution a pessimistic view because they They are not satisfied with its performance, especially in light of the current economic situation, which coincided with the epidemic (covid 19), which had an impact on the entire world.
By using the questionnaire tool and the descriptive analytical method in the study on a sample of job seekers in the states of M'sila and Bordj Bou Arreridj, the study revealed that the smartphone applications of the National Employment Agency,
It has somewhat contributed to improving the quality of services provided by this institution, such as registering job seekers remotely, renewing their applications from anywhere, as well as their participation in available job offers that are compatible with their qualifications via their smart phones.
Therefore, smartphone applications contributed to improving the service and efficiency of the work of the National Employment Agency.
