| dc.description.abstract | تم تسلَيطالضوءعلىأهميةالاستثمارالوقفيكآليةحيويةللمحافظةعلىالممتلكاتالوقفية،معالتركيزعلىضرورةاختيارالصيغالاستثماريةالتيتتوافقمعالضوابطالشرعيةوالاقتصادية. وتناولالبحثبالتحليلالصيغالاستثماريةالمعاصرةالتيتواكبمتطلباتالسوقالاقتصادية،ومنأبرزهاالصكوكالوقفيةالتيتتميزبملاءمتهاللاستثمارالوقفي. وتهدفهذهالصيغإلىتحقيقغايتينرئيسيتين: ضمانتحقيقعوائدماليةمستدامة (دَرِّالريع)،والحفاظعلىالأصلالوقفي. كماأكدتالدراسةعلىمرونةالاستثمارالوقفيوقدرتهعلىالتكيّفمعمختلفالظروفالزمانيةوالمكانية،معالتأكيدعلىضرورةقيامنُظّارالوقفباختيارالصيغالاستثماريةالمناسبةلكلنوعمنأنواعالأوقاف،بمايضمنتقليلالمخاطرالماليةوالإداريةالتيقدتتعرضلهاالممتلكاتالوقفية The endowment is an essential input for studying this research, as its nature was first addressed by defining its concept and explaining its types, then the research moved on to discussing the role of the endowment supervisor in its management. He also highlighted the importance of endowment investment as a vital mechanism for preserving endowment properties, with an emphasis on the necessity of choosing investment formulas that are compatible with Sharia and economic controls. The research analyzed contemporary investment formulas that keep pace with the requirements of the economic market, the most prominent of which are endowment sukuks that are characterized by their suitability for endowment investment. These formulas aim to achieve two main goals: ensuring sustainable financial returns (rent generation), and preserving the endowment asset. The study also emphasized the flexibility of endowment investment and its ability to adapt to various temporal and spatial circumstances, while emphasizing the need for endowment supervisors to choose appropriate investment formulas for each type of endowment, in a way that ensures reducing the financial and administrative risks to which endowment properties may be exposed. | |
