Abstract
Notre travail vise à analyse l’état actuel du potentiel hydrique (Ressources en eau) au niveau de la commune de M’sila et étudier les facteurs qui l’affecteront au futur.
Le plus important de ces facteurs est le facteur démographique, où nous avons estimé la croissance de la population selon plusieurs modèles, afin de déterminer différents scénarios pour les perspectives de croissance démographique, et donc de déterminer plusieurs de perspectives de demande en eau.
L’autre facteur tout aussi important est la valeur de la dotation, où nous avons proposé trois hypothèses de l’offre qui sont l’hypothèse forte, l’hypothèse moyenne et l’hypothèse faible.
Afin saisir les principaux enjeux relatifs aux défis d’une gestion durable des ressources en eau, nous avons incarné ce projet afin de mettre à la disposition des personnes chargées du renforcement des capacités en GIRE au niveau de la commune de M’sila.
Abstract
This study aims at analyzing the current state of water potential (Water resources) at the level of M’sila municipality and studying the factors that will affect it in the future.
The most important of these factors is the demographic factor, as we have estimated population growth according to several models in order to define different scenarios for population growth prospects, and thus define several scenarios for the expectations of water demand.
The other equally important factor is the value of the endowment, as we have proposed three supply hypotheses, which are the strong hypothesis, the medium hypothesis and the weak hypothesis.
In order to understand the main issues related to the challenges of sustainable water resources management, we have incarnated this project in order to make it available to the people responsible for promoting the integrated management of water resources at the level of M’sila municipality.

يهدف عملنا هذا إلى تحليل الوضع الحالي لإمكانات المياه )موارد المياه( على مستوى بلدية المسيلة و دراسة
العوامل التي ستؤثر عليها في المستقبل.
أهم هذه العوامل هو العامل الديمغرافي حيث قمنا بتقدير النمو السكاني حسب عدة نماذج ، و ذلك من أجل تحديد
سيناريوهات مختلفة لإحتمالات النمو السكاني و بالتالي تحديد عدة سيناريوهات لتوقعات الطلب على المياه.
العامل الآخر الذي لا يقل أهمية هو قيمة منحة المياه اليومية حيث وضعنا ثلاث فرضيات للعرض و هي الإفتراض
القوي و الإفتراض المتوسط و الإفتراض المنخفض.
من أجل فهم القضايا الرئيسية المتعلقة بتحديات الإدارة المستدامة لموارد المياه قمنا بتجسيد هذا المشروع من أجل
إتاحته للأشخاص المسؤولين عن تعزيز التسيير المتكامل للموارد المائية على مستوى بلدية المسيلة.
