Abstract
This study aimed to know the impact of the organization's culture on achieving governance requirements at the Algerian university by conducting a field study at the University of M'sila. The questionnaire was used as a main research tool while following the descriptive analytical approach in collecting data. The study sample consisted of 59 individuals, including administrators and faculty members from the University of M'sila, and the statistical analysis program SPSS version (29) was used to analyze the questionnaire data. This study reached many results, the most important of which is the presence of an impact of the organization’s culture in achieving governance requirements at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M’sila.
