| dc.description.abstract | الملخص نظرا للسياسية الاستعمارية وما اتبعته من آليات و ما وضعته من قوانين، فقد السكان بمنطقة الهامل أمنهم الروحي والنفسي والاجتماعي وكذا الثقافي و الاقتصادي . ولضمان هذا الأمن الإنساني الذي حرم منه السكان أسس سي محمد بن بلقاسم زاويته ومن خلالها وبفضل مشايخها تم تحقيق الهدف الذي كان يصبوا إليه الشيخ المؤسس. الكلمات المفتاحية : زاوية الهامل، سي محمد بن بلقاسم،سكان الهامل، الأمن الثقافي، الأمن الروحي، الأمن النفسي، الأمن الاجتماعي، الأمن الاقتصادي. Abstract: In view of the colonial policy and the verses and lawsthatitfollowed, the residents of Al-Hamel regionlosttheir spiritual, psychological, social, cultural, and economicsecurity. In order to guaranteethishumansecurityfromwhich the inhabitants of Si Mohamed bin Belkacemweredeprived of its angle and throughit, and thanks to ouroldman , the goal to which the foundingsheikhwasaimedwasachieved. Résumé: Vu la politiquecoloniale ;les habitants d’EL HAMEL ont perdu leur sécurité spirituelle, psychique, culturelle, sociale et économique. Pour assurer cette sécurité, le CHIKH Si Mohamed Ben Belkacem fondait saZaouia et c’est grâce à elle et a ses mécanismes dans le domaine culturel et social qu’il a pu arriver à ce qu’il désire.
