The descriptive-analytical approach was used for the study, with a questionnaire designed as a tool for data collection at Maghreb Pipe Industry - M'sila. A total of 24 forms were distributed, and the SPSS statistical package was used for data processing. The study reached a set of findings, most notably: There is a statistically significant impact of work teams on originality within the studied institution. There is a statistically significant impact of work teams on fluency within the studied institution. There is a statistically significant impact of work teams on flexibility within the studied institution. There is a statistically significant impact of work teams on risk-taking within the studied institution. There is a statistically significant impact of work teams on problem sensitivity within the studied institution. | |
