Abstract
This etude aims to study the impact of the organizational
climate on the behavior of organizational citizenship, since
the behavior of organizational citizenship is not achieved
without an appropriate regulatory environment, and on this
basis it is believed that the organizational climate is the
necessity to enable the organization and the human
resource to adopt the voluntary behavior of the voluntary
citizenship, It is beneficial to the organization on the one
hand and to the individual on the other, in a relationship
that may be mutually complementary, since there must be a
positive and healthy environment that allows the human
resource to exercise its official functions with all ease
without problems of work (conflict, estrangement, absence,
delay, low performance). .) In addition to practicing

pressure will benefit him and the institution in general
