Abstract
This study deals with the green consumer behavior and its effect on the purchasing
ability and aims to enrich the scientific research concerning this topic, focusing on the most
important dimensions of the green consumer behavior which would have a great impact on
the purchase ability and we selected a group of consumers from Msila ( as sample of the
study- that contains 60 items and reached the following results:
There is an impact of green consumer behavior on the purchase ability.
There is no effect on the purchasing ability of the consumer's environmental
awareness.
There is no effect on the consumer lrerning's level on the purchase decision.
There is an impact on the consumer's perception of the purchase decision.
There is an impact on the purchasing decision of the consumer's economic situation.
There is an impact of perceived benefits to the consumer on the purchase decision.
There is no statistical significance that effect on the behavior of the green consumer
due to the demographic variables of both sex and educational level of the study
sample. However, there is a statistical significance effect on the behavior of the green
consumer for age and monthly income.
