| dc.description.abstract | Ce travail de mémoire de master aborde l’étude bibliographique d’alliage aluminium de série 6xxx (à base: magnésium et silicium) qui possède des propriétés mécaniques intéressantes, et l’étude de l’effet de milieu de refroidissement sur la propriété mécanique (dureté) de l’alliage 6063. Alors, l’objectif de ce travail est l'étude de l'effet du traitement thermique (mise en solution, trempe, revenu) sur la propriété dureté d'alliage aluminium 6063. Cette étude est expérimentale et théorique, d’où la partie expérimentale est basée sur la visualisation microscopique des structures de l’alliage 6063 et la mesure de la dureté. Summary In this master's study, there is a bibliographical study about the aluminum alloys (based on: magnesium and silicon) which have an interesting mechanical properties. Also, seeing the effect of cooling medium on the mechanical property (hardness) the of alloy 6063. 69 therefore, the objective of this work is the study of the heat treatment effect (solution, quenching, tempering) on the hardness property of the aluminum alloy 6063. This study is experimental and theoretical; hence the part experiment is based on the microscopic visualization of the structures of alloy 6063 and the measurement of the hardness ملخ ص تتناول هذه ا ل طروح الماستير الدراسة الببليوغرافية لسبائك اللومنيوم من سلسلة 6000 والتي لها خصائ ص ميكانيكية مثيرة للاهتمام ، ودراسة تأثير وسيط التبريد على الخاصية الميكانيكية ) صلابة( للسبيك ة لذلك ، فإن الهدف من هذا العمل هو دراسة تأثير المعالجة الحرارية )المحلول ، التبريد ، التقسي ة( على خاصية الصلابة لسبيكة اللومنيوم 6063 . هذه الدراسة تجريبية ونظرية ، و الجزء التجريبي يعتمد على دراسة مجهرية لهياكل السبيكة 6063 وقياس الصلابة . | en_US |
