dc.description.abstractThe study aims to shed light on the theoretical concepts of the role of electronic public administration in its various dimensions (hardware and equipment dimension, programs and applications dimension, communication networks dimension, skills dimension). The applied study was relied upon and the study sample consisted of 46 employees in the Tax Directorate in M’sila. The descriptive approach was used to achieve the objectives of the study, answer its questions and test its hypotheses, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study. The study reached a set of results: - There is a significant effect between the independent variable, electronic public administration, and the dependent variable, institution performance. - There is a significant effect of the dimensions of the independent variable of electronic public administration (hardware and equipment dimension, programs and applications dimension, communication networks dimension, skills dimension) in improving the performance of the Tax Directorate in the state of M’sila.
