| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الهيكل المالي وإبراز دوره في اتخاذ القرارات المالية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، وذلك للمكانة الهامة والدور الكبير الذي يحتله الهيكل المالي في تمويل مختلف الأنشطة التي تمارسها، وكمحاولة إسقاط هذا الموضوع تم القيام بدراسة تطبيقية على مؤسسة دباغة الجلود-جيجل-، من خلال دراسة وتحليل قوائمها المالية للفترة (2014-2018) باستخدام بعض أدوات التحليل المالي المتمثلة في مؤشرات التوازن المالي، النسب المالية وأثر الرفع المالي، لمعرفة تأثير تركيبة المصادر التمويلية على اتخاذ قراراتها المالية. وخلصت الدراسة بأن المؤسسة محل الدراسة حاولت الاعتماد على التنويع في هيكلها المالي الذي سمح لها بتحقيق توازن في وضعيتها المالية بالرغم من وجود بعض الانحرافات، لذا يجب على المؤسسة إعطاء أهمية أكبر لدراسة وتحليل هيكلها المالي، وهذا لمعرفة مختلف الانحرافات الحاصلة ومحاولة تصحيحها واجتنابها مستقبلا بالشكل الذي يسمح لها من اتخاذ قرارات مالية مستقبلية أكثر رشادة. This study aims to identify the financial structure and highlight its role in financial decision-making in economic institutions. Because of its significant role in financing different activities practiced by institution, trying projection of this topic on an applied study carried out on a leather tanning institution-jijel-, through studying and analyzing its financial statements for the period (2014-2018) using financial analysis tools represented in the financial balance indicators, financial ratios, and the effect of funds rising, to identify the effect of financial resources component on its financial decision making. The study concluded that institution relied on diversification policy in its financial structure, which allow to make balance in its financial situation, however the existence of certain deviations. Therefore, the institution must give more importance to study and analysis its financial structure to identify, correct and avoid any possible deviation in a way that permit to take future financial decisions more effective. | en_US |
