Today, the importance of implementing non-linear controls on DFIG based wind energy conversion systems has prompted specialists to carry out extensive research to develop control maps used to validate the controls applied by simulation in order to actually control these complex systems. The objective of this work is to develop and implement a non-linear control on a DFIG based wind energy conversion system in order to validate that the control system works optimally, maintaining the stability, safety, efficiency and performance of the wind turbine under varying conditions.
