| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مساهمة مؤسسات الدولة في دعم المؤسسات الصغيرة ذات الطابع الرياضي نتيجة الدور الفعال الت تلعبه من خلال مساهمتها الناتج المحلي الخام والقيمة المضافة وخلق مناصب شغل وبالرغم من هذه المؤسسات الصغيرة والاعمال التي تقوم بها إلا انها تعاني من مشكل التمويل من أجل التصدي لهذا المشكل لذا قامت الدولة بإنشاء هيئات حكومية متخصصة في تقديم الدعم المالي ومرافقة هذه المؤسسات في جميع المراحللتشجيعها وتحقيق الاستقرار والنمو ومن بين هذه الهيئات التي تبنتها الحكومة ، نجد صناديق ضمان القروض للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة التي تهدف الى تغطية المبالغ والضمانات التي تطلبها البنوك من طالبي القروض للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة . الكلماتالمفتاحية : المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ، المقاولاتية ، هياكل الدعم المالي الملخص باللغة الانجليزية: The study aimed to identify the contribution of state institutions in supporting small enterprises of a sporting nature as a result of the effective role they play through their contribution to the gross domestic product, added value and the creation of jobs, and despite these small enterprises and the businesses they do, they suffer from the problem of financing in order to address this. The problem is therefore the state has established governmental bodies specialized in providing financial support and accompanying these institutions at all stages to encourage them and achieve stability and growth. Among these bodies that the government has adopted, we find loan guarantee funds for small and medium enterprises that aim to cover the sums and guarantees that banks require from those requesting loans to institutions Small and medium.
