Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور الاتصال العمومي في تحقيق التكافل الاجتماعي من خلال دراسة ميدانية على جمعية كافل اليتيم ببرج بوعريريج كنموذج للجمعيات الخيرية في الجزائر. تم استخدام منهجية البحث الميداني لجمع وتحليل البيانات.
توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية وإيجابية بين استراتيجيات الاتصال العمومي وتحقيق التكافل الاجتماعي، حيث أظهرت النتائج حاجة ماسة لتطوير استراتيجيات الاتصال المؤسسي بمتوسط حسابي (4.39). كما كشفت عن وجود علاقة قوية بين استراتيجيات الاتصال وجودة الخدمات بمعامل ارتباط (r = 0.687)، مما يعني أن 47.2% من التباين في جودة الخدمات يعود إلى استراتيجيات الاتصال المؤسسي.
حددت الدراسة أهم التحديات في مقاومة التغيير في الأساليب التقليدية والتقيد بالقوانين واللوائح بمتوسط حسابي (4.52). أوصت الدراسة بتطوير الإطار الاستراتيجي للاتصال، وتأهيل الموارد البشرية المتخصصة، والتحول الرقمي، وبناء الشراكات الاستراتيجية
This study aims to analyze the role of public communication in achieving social solidarity through a field study of the Orphan Sponsor Association in Bordj Bou Arreridj as a model for charitable associations in Algeria. Field research methodology was used to collect and analyze data.
The study found a strong positive correlation between public communication strategies and achieving social solidarity, with results showing an urgent need to develop institutional communication strategies with an arithmetic mean (4.39). It also revealed a strong relationship between communication strategies and service quality with a correlation coefficient (r = 0.687), meaning that 47.2% of the variance in service quality is attributed to institutional communication strategies.
The study identified main challenges in resistance to change in traditional methods and adherence to regulatory laws with an arithmetic mean (4.52). The study recommended developing strategic communication framework, qualifying specialized human resources, digital transformation, and building strategic partnerships.
