| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to know the reality of the practice of the administrative transparency in the Faculty of Economics, Commercial sciences and Management at the University of 08 May 1945, Guelma, from the viewpoint of its staff members. To achieve this goal, this work has divided the research into theoretical and practical aspects, in which its theoretical side represents the concepts that related to the administrative transparency as well as the fields of its practice (regulations, laws, business processes, administrative accountability, administrative communication and performance evaluation), however, the applied aspect focuses on a field study included faculty members of teaching staff as case study, and in order to achieve this aim, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to 110 respondents, and 87 questionnaires were adopted for statistical analysis. The KAI-squared test analysis has been relied upon to test hypotheses. The study reached a number of results, in which the most important are: the reality of the practice of transparency in the faculty with all its components was a medium degree, and there are no statistically significant differences in the level of the practice of the administrative transparency in its composition due to gender variable, rank, age group. The study recommended that the administrative transparency in the faculty should be carried out through the establishment of seminars and conferences, issuing laws and regulations that on transparency in the higher education as well as the selection of competent leaders to ensure the effective implementation of them through the development of their practice mechanisms. | en_US |
