Abstract
La maintenance industrielle est un moyen efficace pour améliorer la disponibilité des
systèmes électromécaniques et le profit économique de l’industries.
L’objectif principal de notre travail est d’étudier et améliorer la sureté de
fonctionnement d’un système électromécanique choisi a un rôle très important au sein d’une
entreprise .
Le choix de ce système permit d’extraire leur historique de panne qui nous facilitera
de calculer les temps de bon fonctionnement.
L’amélioration de la sureté de fonctionnement peut être fait par la progression de l’un
de leurs paramètres tels que la fiabilité, disponibilité, sécurité et la maintenabilité.

الصیانة الصناعیة هي وسیلة فعالة لتحسین توافر الأنظمة الكهرومیكانیكیة و الفائدة الاقتصادیة للصناعات .
الهدف الرئیسي لعملنا هو د ا رسة و تحسین السلامة التشغیلیة لنظام كهر ومیكانیكي مختار له دور مهم للغایة داخل
الشركة.
جعل اختیار هذا النظام من الممكن استخ ا رج تاریخ العطب الذي سیسهل لنا حساب وقت العمل الجید.
یمكن تحسین السلامة التشغیلیة من خلال تطویر أي من معاییرها مثل الموثوقیة و التوافر و السلامة و قابلیة الصیانة
Summary
Industrial maintenance is an effective way to improve the availability of electromechanical
systems and the economic benefit of industries.
The main objective of our work is to study and improve the operational safety of a chosen
electromechanical system which has a very important role within a company.
The choice of this system made it possible to extract their failure history which will facilitate
us to calculate the uptime.
Improving operational safety can be done by advancing any of their parameters such as
reliability, availability, safety and maintainability.
