| dc.description.abstract | تسعى الدّولة الجزائرية الى فتح باب الاستثمار الأجنبي تماشيا مع التحوّلات الاقتصادية التي تشهدها في الآونة الأخيرة، وهو ما يتطلّب استقبال دخول الأجانب الّذين يتمتعّون بصفة التاجر الى الأراضي الجزائريّة بهدف ممارسة الأنشطة التجارية، لكن ما يثير الاهتمام أنه من الصّعب تعامل التاجر الأجنبي مع التاجر الوطني نظرا لاختلاف جنسيتهما، الأمر الذي يستدعي من المشرع الجزائري وضع نصوص قانونية توضّح النّظام الخاص للتّاجر الأجنبي.
