Abstract
This study deals with the issue of the of workers' empowerment and its impact on
the health services' quality that aimed at enriching the scientific research, focusing on
the most important dimensions of workers' empowerment that will greatly affect the
public health services' quality.
In this stydy, we have choose a public health hospital " ASSLI MOHAMED" in
AIN EM MELH district in Msila. the study was conducted in different services
(Administrative, Medical), we use a study sample of 56 employees and employees
and by using the SPSS program by which we deduce the following:
There is an influence to enable workers to improve the health service quality in
the institution under study (public health hospital " ASSLI MOHAMED").
R=0.49.
There are no statistical significance differences in the level of workers
empowerment that have relation to : (gender, age, academic qualification,
professional experience) of the study sample.
