Abstract
Resorted to Algeria during the period 2001-2014 to an
expansionary policy adopted a policy of spending, through the
monitoring of large sums of money through the annual financial budgets
as well as the adoption of three huge development programs are in the
economic recovery program during the 2001-2004 period, the
supplementary program to support growth 2005-2009, and then
consolidate the growth 2010-2014 program, which included the largest
share to promote social development aimed at promoting the national
economy and the social aspect such as improving the living standards of
the population, and the face of unemployment, as defined by social
development indicators in various fields significant improvement by low
unemployment rates, and improve the level of Standard of living of the
population, Through the study of these axes, the study reached a set of
results and suggested a set of suggestions.
