| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to demonstrate the importance of internal audit and its role in improving the financial performance of companies , and for that questionnaire to a sample of companies in the wilaya of Bordj Bou Arreridj and M’sila conducted in order to bring down the theoretical side of it, and the researcher used statistical program (spss) for data analysis . The study found a set of recommendations including the need to have the internal auditor independent , objective and reports directly to the Board of Directors and that adequate financial and human resources available with holding training courses to develop their skills need for the senior management of the companies put sanctioned and approved the performance criteria on which to base the internal auditor examine and evaluate the actual performance . | en_US |
