Abstract
This paper aims to shed the light on the role played by the
empowerment of human capital in the development of
creativity and excellence Industry Organization. By
identifying the concept of empowerment that serves as a
new door offers through human resource ideas and
unleash its expertise and creative skills, human capital is
the parent who owns the group and skills values that
qualify it to be the other assets commander, because of its
role in the excellence and innovation in the organization
industry depending on empowerment as one of the best
management strategies successful in activating the
creative process that requires the cooperation of all
members of the organization employing different
knowledge and talents, and that is what makes him one of
the important strategic choices in the creativity of human
capital development.
