dc.description.abstractتهدف هذه الدراسة الى القاء الضوء على المقاولاتية وربطها بالمشاريع المصغرة، كما تهدف الى التعرف على المشاريع المصغرة التي تعد قوام الإقتصاد خاصة من خلال توفير الفرص الوظيفية التي تساهم في النهاية التقليل من ظاهرة البطالة ،واعتمدت الدراسة على أسلوب دراسة حالة من خلال اسقاط الموضوع على الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب (Ansej) لولاية البويرة من خلال التعرف على مختلف مراحل إنشاء مؤسسة مصغرة على مستوى الوكالة،وكذا معرفة مختلف الإمتيازات والإعانات المقدمة من طرف الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب(Ansej). Aim this study to shed light for entrepreneurshipand link to mini -project it also aims to identify the micro projects that are strength of the economy especially through the provision of job opportunities that contribute to reducing unemployment ,the study was based one the method of case study through dropping the subject one the national agency for youth employmant support-the state of Bouira through the identification of the various stages of the establishment of a mini -enterprise at the agency level as well he various privileges and subsidies provided by Ansej .en_US
