| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تبني المؤسسات الصحية للأسبقيات التنافسية، من خلال دراسة ميدانية على عدد من المؤسسات الخاصة بولاية البويرة، شملت عينة مكونة من خمسة وستون (65) فردا من المسيرين لها، توصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ سيطرة فئة الاطباء على تسيير هذه المؤسسات أدى إلى عدم الاهتمام بأسلوب واضح لتبني الأسبقيات التنافسية، مع تركيزهم أكثر على أسبقية التسليم والجودة. This study aims to know the reality of the application of competitive priorities in health institutions, through a field study on a number of private institutions in Bouira, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 65 members of managers. The study found that the dominance of physicians in the management of these institutions led to a lack of attention in a clear way to adopt competitive priorities, with greater emphasis on priority delivery and quality.
