| dc.description.abstract | The study deals with this issue are the management of liquidityand its impact on the return and risk focused on the problem in theform of (What's the impact of the liquidity of each bank in the returnand risk?), seeking to achieve the following objectives: 1- To establish the nature and dimensions of the relationship betweenliquidity management and all elements of the return and risk. 2- To identify the ability of bank management in the management andinvestment banking liquidity and its impact on the return and risk. To achieve these goals and set of hypotheses that can be formulated as follows: 1- There is a relationship with a statistically significant correlation between the liquidity and the return. 2- There is a relationship with a statistically significant correlation between the liquidity and the risk. 3- There is a differencewith a statistically significant correlation on the impact of liquidity in the return and risk By using the questionnaire as a way to gather information, and using the SPSS program. The main results of the study are there a correlation and impact between the bank liquidity and the return for all Algerian commercial banks, there a correlation and impact between the bank liquidity and the risk for all Algerian commercial banks and there is a no differencewith a statistically significant correlation on the impact of liquidity in the return and risk. Finally, the study recommended that the Algerian commercial banks should work on diversifying their investments in order to increase revenues and reduce the risks. In addition to that, the Algerian banks should focus on giving more cash liquidity giving their important influence on the profitability of the commercial banks. The study also recommended that the Authority and others to intensify efforts in connection with activating the role of the Algerian commercial banks. | en_US |
