Abstract
Business and Trade world know the many and complex changes in different areas, which led
to the opening up of markets and competition intensifies, all this imposition of the need to
supply the imagination of strategic management as a weapon to guided these changes
Foreign fierce competition institutions, was it to have after the catalog looking through arms
control strategies capable to compete in the domestic and international market, according
to the possibilities and capabilities of the physical and human institution and the institutions
themselves and found the front of the impact it, either ride the ship and catch up with
competitors and Mzahmthm or not to ride and therefore the withdrawal from the market,
and for that there are many strategies the organization has adopted, according to its
objectives, its potential , ..... its competitors, the cost leadership strategy, discrimination
strategy and the strategy of non-discrimination or diversification strategy, or strategic
alliances that became effective competitive weapon in light of heightened competition and
the large number of risks, which gives it a competitive advantage qualify to gain access to a
place on the international level.
