| dc.description.abstract | يتناول البحث مسألة عمل المرأة في المهن المختلطة المنظمة من منظور فقهي مقاصدي، ويهدف إلى بيان الحكم الشرعي وفق ضوابط الشريعة ومقاصدها الخمسة(الدين، النفس، العقل، العرض، المال). خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الأصل في عمل المرأة الجواز، بشرط الالتزام بالضوابط الشرعية، كالحجاب، عدم الخلوة، وضبط التعامل، وأن يكون العمل في بيئة منظمة تقل فيها دواعي الفتنة. من خلال التأصيل الفقهي والمقاصدي، تبين أن الاختلاط المنضبط في بيئات العمل لا يعد محرما لذاته إذا كان العمل ضرورة أو حاجة معتبرة شرعا. أوصي البحث بضرورة تهيئة بيئة عمل تحفظ القيم الشرعية وتوفير أنظمة رقابية وأخلاقية، مع التوعية الشرعية للرجال والنساء على السواء. The study discusses women's work in mixed, regulated professions from a purposive jurisprudence perspective, aiming to determine the legal status based on the Sharia's principles and five objectives (religion, life, intellect, honor, wealth). The study concludes that, in principle, women's work is permissible, provided they adhere to Islamic regulations like hijab, avoiding seclusion, and controlling interactions, and that the work environment is structured to reduce the potential for temptation. Through legal and purposive foundation, the study found that regulated mixing in workplaces is not inherently forbidden if the work is necessary or a legitimate need according to Sharia. The research recommends creating a work environment that protects Islamic values, providing supervisory and ethical systems, and conducting religious awareness campaigns for both men and women. | |
